"I  realise that if we strive for a liberated life, we have to surrender control of the way we are acting now. This means accepting we need to change, to transform. We need to step out of the mind"

Sam Zen

Transformation ...  is it really that scary?

I never really thought about transforming my life until I realised that I HAD to if I wanted to live a different life.

At the time of the first phase of my transformation, I could have chosen to remain attached to the identity I had created for myself. I, like many of us, had an extremely abandoned and traumatic childhood, my long-term relationship ended, and private life and  corporate work  often felt soul-destroying. To sum it up I was lonely, miserable, numb, and felt victimised and dis- eased.

But it was just too painful to stay the same. And I knew I had to change myself, the way I saw the world, the way I thought. So I spent  years training in different techniques  in a bid to free myself.

I was on the path to awakening...

The transformation progressed when I combined all my Western science training and teaching techniques with Eastern mysticism and spirituality allowing me to  intuitively self-enquire into my own patterns and life signposts to understand my own truth.

My journey took me to India (many times) where I finally had had enough of getting nowhere on the 'path' - sure it made me feel better about myself , but I was still being led by the mind.

I sat with a Zen Master for 3 months who helped me remember who am I  ... And then I cracked it.

It is possible to free ourselves of the anxiety and behaviour/thought patterns we've had for years. I know, because I have done it. And you know what, transformation feels GREAT.

Today, my sessions comprise of breathwork, meditations, hypnotherapy, no mind therapy, tantra,  Being able to recognise my life "signposts" and know how to self-enquire into what they mean, while reinforcing my thinking with positive self-hypnosis and Mindfulness techniques, are some of the most effective and joyful ways I have experienced to create change. In any area!

I am also a Love Activation coach, teaching clients how to understand their emotions and create more open and authenti relationships.

I am the founder of The Slap Method, a Self-Love Activation Programme that teaches clients how to step out of the mind and activate the real self-love that we are all born with. True self-love is nothing to do with the mind, and it has absolutely Nothing to do with those words "I Love you".

I am a Zen teacher and a Reiki Master offering workshops and teaching programs.

I am a registered member of the UK's General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA) and abide by their codes of ethics. In terms of Reiki, I have direct lineage with the founder Dr Usui, and am a member of The Reiki Association in the UK.
